Before launching our Youth Empowerment Program, our founder, Julica, had a thriving career as a corporate lawyer across different countries which she discovered through her involvement in women’s empowerment efforts in India and Turkey.
Immersed in personal development and mindset work, Julica became passionate about teaching these vital concepts from a young age, believing that our mindset shapes everything we achieve. Julica questioned why such crucial learning is often delayed until adulthood, leading her to a clear mission: to empower young people right from the start.
Thus "Passport to Shine" was born—an exciting journey of empowerment and endless possibilities for youth. Like a passport, it unlocks entire new dimensions of possibility, opening doors to uncharted horizons and empowering young people to passionately venture far beyond their wildest dreams.
